Awakening the Crystal Bowl Facilitator

There is something unmistakable that happens when a crystal singing bowl is played with presence and intention. It’s not just about the sound… it’s resonance, awareness, and connection.

 

This one-day immersive workshop is designed for those who feel called to work with crystal singing bowls in a more intentional and embodied way. Whether you are just beginning or looking to refine your approach, this experience will guide you into a deeper understanding of both the bowls and yourself as the facilitator.

 

This is not about memorizing techniques or performing. This is about learning how to listen… how to feel… and how to work with sound in a way that is grounded, clear, and effective.

 

Throughout the day, you will be guided through a hands-on, experiential process where you will:

 

• Learn how to properly play crystal singing bowls with confidence and control

 

• Understand the foundations of frequency, resonance, and how sound interacts with the body

 

• Explore how to choose bowls that align with you and your practice

 

• Develop awareness of pacing, space, and flow within a session

 

• Begin to step into your role as a facilitator, not just a participant

 

You won’t just be watching… you will be working directly with the bowls, feeling the nuances, and building real, practical skill.

 

This is a grounded and focused workshop designed to give you a strong foundation… without overwhelm, and without unnecessary complexity.

 

By the end of the day, you will leave with a clearer understanding of how to approach the bowls, how to work with sound intentionally, and how to begin facilitating in a way that feels aligned and authentic to you.

Bowls: You’re welcome to bring your own crystal singing bowls if you have them. If not, bowls will be provided for you to work with throughout the day.
